A&S Culinary Concepts was born from a love of food, community and an award winning culinary career spanning more than 3 decades.  Andrew Traub, Chef and Owner, created a culinary studio to be able to share that love with others.  A&S Culinary Concepts specializes in corporate catering, corporate team building, private cooking classes, special dinners and events such as wine pairings, craft beer dinners, family celebrations and private group dinners.  It is the place to bring your sales team for a friendly battle for culinary supremacy and a place for your family and friends to have an incredibly fun, hands on cooking experience.  Or we can bring our culinary expertise to your office to satisfy those hungry co-workers.

Our corporate catering consistently receives fantastic feedback from both Fortune 100 companies and local small businesses and offices right in our own backyard. Let our team work with you to create the perfect menu for your meal, including any dietary needs for your group.

We love food. Our food is prepared from scratch… we make our own stocks; we prepare sauces, mayonnaise and dressings; we roast all our own meats and cure and smoke our own bacon and have our own spice blends and rubs. How can any meal be complete without the final touch, our pastry chef creates beautiful and delicious desserts and don’t worry if you need them to be gluten free, we are all over it.

We are also home of the Original Big Green Egg Bootcamp.

Ages 9-15 Welcome!
Your child will have fun in the kitchen with our staff of professional chefs. They will learn how to make their favorite recipes and more. They will learn proper kitchen safety, including how to properly use a knife. 
Each day a different cuisine and technique will be introduced.
On Friday, we invite you for a tasting experience so the "Chefs" can showcase what they have learned during the week.

Your child will have fun with our Pastry Chef and culinary team. Each day they will be making new pastry items from breakfast breads to cupcakes & cookies and other fun and delicious items.

Location: A&S Culinary Studio

We will start at 7:00 AM SHARP!

We'll fire up the Big Green Eggs,

We will be preparing and smoking Brisket, Boneless Pork Butt, Saint Louis Ribs and whole Chicken.

Enjoy breakfast and coffee prepared by the chefs.

This is when we will discuss what will happen later that afternoon.

Take a break for a few hours and plan to be back and ready to work at 3:00 PM. We will then work together to prepare some wonderful fresh salads (we will see what the farms have available), creative versions of macaroni and cheese and various delicious roasted vegetables. Then it will be time to put the chickens on the Big Green Eggs.

Set up for our dinner guests (each person is allowed to invite one person for dinner at 6:00). At 6:00 everything will be taken off the fire and prepared to be served.

Enjoy a great meal! In addition, our Pastry Chef will prepare dessert on the Big Green Egg.

Each person will leave with recipes of everything prepared for the day!
