Group Cooking Classes

Master a new technique, try new and enticing recipes, or just learn the basics.  A&S Culinary Concepts offers classes for all skill levels. We have pre-set classes or can host a private class for you and your friends and family.  Group cooking classes are great for a couples/gals/guy’s night out, neighborhood social, corporate outing or a family celebration.

In a hands-on, laid-back, fun and energetic environment you will become the master chef.  You learn to bake decedent desserts or cook a gourmet meal that will be sure to wow your friends.

Classes can be customized and menus are planned to create an experience you will never forget.  Custom, private classes are for 12 people and up.

We also offer classes for kids including birthday parties for ages 9 and up.

  • Big Green Egg Grilling Camp - $185 includes your guest
    Saturday, February 4th, 2023, 2:00 p.m. - A&S Culinary Concepts Kitchen

    We will start at 2:00 PM SHARP!

    This is the Class for the Grilling Novice or the "Grilling Master". Join us as we prepare our dinner right from the grill.

    From grilling the salad to dessert off the Egg. How about Preparing NY strip Steaks, Jumbo Shrimp, Sea Bass and Rack of Lamb. The meal is not complete without side dishes. Creamed spinach to Grilled corn on the cob and so much more

    A meal like this is not complete unless you can share with that special someone, so have them meet you at 6:00 for Dinner.

  • Big Green Egg Bootcamp - $175 per person (includes dinner for a guest)
    Saturday, January 21, 2023, 7:00 am - A&S Culinary Concepts Culinary Studio

    We will start at 7:00 AM SHARP!

    We'll fire up the Big Green Eggs,

    We will be preparing and smoking Brisket, Boneless Pork Butt, Saint Louis Ribs, Baby Back Ribs and whole Chicken.

    Enjoy breakfast and coffee prepared by the chefs.

    This is when we will discuss what will happen later that afternoon. Take a break for a few hours and plan to be back and ready to work at 3:00 PM. We will then work together to prepare some wonderful fresh salads (we will see what the farms have available), creative versions of macaroni and cheese and various delicious roasted vegetables. Then it will be time to put the chickens on the Big Green Eggs. We will also start our BBQ sauce competition.

    Set up for our dinner guests (each person is allowed to invite one person for dinner at 6:00). At 6:00 everything will be taken off the fire and prepared to be served.

    Enjoy a great meal! In addition, our Pastry Chef will prepare dessert on the Big Green Egg.

    Each person will leave with recipes of everything prepared for the day!
