Big Green Egg Boot Camp, Saturday

We will start at 7:00 AM SHARP!

We'll fire up the Big Green Eggs,

We will be preparing and smoking Brisket, Boneless Pork Butt, Saint Louis Ribs, Baby Back Ribs and whole Chicken.

Enjoy breakfast and coffee prepared by the chefs.

This is when we will discuss what will happen later that afternoon. Take a break for a few hours and plan to be back and ready to work at 3:00 PM. We will then work together to prepare some wonderful fresh salads (we will see what the farms have available), creative versions of macaroni and cheese and various delicious roasted vegetables. Then it will be time to put the chickens on the Big Green Eggs.

Set up for our dinner guests (each person is allowed to invite one person for dinner at 6:00). At 6:00 everything will be taken off the fire and prepared to be served.

Enjoy a great meal! In addition, our Pastry Chef will prepare dessert on the Big Green Egg.

Each person will leave with recipes of everything prepared for the day!
